Background

formed in 1952 by CBS, this was a division for distributing/syndicating CBS' shows for tv. it was originally called CBS Television Film Sales (later CBS Films), but was relaunched as CBS Enterprises Inc on January 29th, 1968. due to FCC regulations prohibiting TV networks from owning syndication companies, this was later spun off into Viacom Productions.

Spida Factor: Spida think... i forgot to write about this. i like the idea of the globe being in the eye it looks pretty futuristic for the 60s
