original television syndication and distribution arm of 20th Television and 20th Century Studios formed in 1989. distributed almost all programming and documentaries from the television production unit and its subsidiaries and their motion picture studio's output (and their own subdivisions). it owned programming from companies and studios theyve acquired.

on August 10, 2020 Disney announced that 20th Century Fox Television would be renamed to 20th Television, and that it would be absorbed into Disney Platform Distribution
